Overlord of the Burning City of Ir, the Caliph Ibrahim rules the inhabitants of that hidden citadel with an iron hand. The rulers of Ir have long had an alliance with the Invisible Empire and the present Caliph is no exception. However, due to the vicious assaults upon Ir by the Society of Socialist Sorcerers, Ibrahim has chosen to go further than any previous Caliph and enter into formal vassalage to the Invisible Emperor. By doing so he has preserved the ancient traditions of Ir and dealt a crippling blow to the desires of the S.S.S. (the S.S.S. is reportedly unhappy, but we have them on the run and they will soon be doomed). Serving as His Transparent Majesty's Minister of Religion, Propaganda, and Heresy, Caliph Ibrahim has proven himself to be an honest and just servant of the Sacred Throne. |
